In Colorado, they require you to hold a learners permit for 9 full months - whether you turn 16 in that time or not, so I was dissappointed by the Colorado DMV too, way back then. That's shy I love Washington -- no test to take, just surrender that CO liscence and go. Never had to take any test since, either. -Tod.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
